The governor chose an unusual venue for his announcement. It came in a glitchy online conversation with Twitter CEO Elon Musk. DeSantis joins a crowded field of Republican candidates. His biggest rival is former president Donald Trump. Former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley may not be far behind. Senator Tim Scott of South Carolina, former Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson, and biotech entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy have also entered the race.

I absolutely support DeSantis
I absolutely support DeSantis. In my opinion, he would make an incredible president. Much better than the 80 year old, dementia ridden man who can't string together a proper sentence that we currently have leading our country.
